These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.itutormind.com and iTutormind online tutoring services. By using the website, submitting an enquiry, requesting class support, or taking classes, you agree to these terms.
1. About iTutormind
ITutormind Digital Education LLP provides online tutoring and educational support for school students. Services may include individual online sessions, learning resources, review notes, and administrative support.
2. Eligibility and parent responsibility
Parents or guardians are responsible for booking services for minors, supervising younger students as appropriate, and ensuring that information provided to iTutormind is accurate and complete. For students up to Grade 5, parents are requested to accompany children during classes to avoid disruption and help make the session effective.
3. Class enquiries
Families can submit a class enquiry with the student's grade, curriculum, subject needs, country, time zone, and preferred class timing. Class availability is subject to tutor availability and scheduling confirmation.
4. Fees, registration, and payment
Fees are based on the student's country-specific curriculum, grade, selected subject, course requirements, and agreed tutoring plan. Exact fees and payment terms are shared with parents individually during registration. Parents or guardians are responsible for paying all agreed fees on time.
iTutormind normally invoices at the end of each calendar month for classes attended during that month. Payments are due within 3 days from the invoice date unless a different written arrangement is agreed.
A one-time registration/security fee of $100 may be collected during final parent registration before regular classes begin. $90 is refundable as per company policy, and $10 is retained as a registration/admin fee. The refund process, eligibility, and timing are confirmed during registration and may depend on whether classes have started, whether any dues are pending, and whether the parent has submitted a valid refund request through an approved iTutormind support channel.
Payment processing may use PayPal Business or another approved payment method. PayPal payment details are handled through PayPal's secure payment flow; iTutormind does not ask parents to share PayPal passwords or sensitive card credentials through the website form.
5. Session duration and extra time
Standard classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed. If a class extends beyond the scheduled time, the extra time may be invoiced on a pro-rata basis. If a parent or student requests a shorter class, the class may still be invoiced as a full 60-minute session.
6. Rescheduling
Classes must be rescheduled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time by contacting the iTutormind support team through the official contact details listed on the Contact page. Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability.
No cancellation or rescheduling request is accepted from the student during the class itself. Requests should be made by the parent or authorised guardian through approved iTutormind support channels.
7. Missed classes and late arrival
Students should join class 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Tutors will wait for 30 minutes. If the student does not attend within that time, the class will be treated as cancelled by the student and full payment for the scheduled class remains due.
8. Refunds, cancellation, and discontinuation
If a parent or guardian wants to discontinue tutoring, they should inform iTutormind in advance by email or approved support channel. Classes already conducted remain payable. Because regular tutoring is invoiced for completed classes, no refund is generally applicable for monthly invoices for classes already conducted.
If the $100 registration/security fee has been collected, the refundable portion is $90 as per company policy. The remaining $10 is retained as a registration/admin fee. Refunds may be processed within 30 days from receipt of a valid request or adjusted against bill payments for classes attended, subject to written terms shared during registration and any unpaid class dues.
9. Tutor availability
iTutormind aims to provide consistent tutoring support, but tutor availability may change due to scheduling, illness, or operational needs. We may assign a suitable replacement tutor where needed.
10. Student conduct
Students, parents, and tutors are expected to communicate respectfully and use iTutormind services only for legitimate educational purposes. Harassment, abusive language, recording without consent, unauthorised sharing of class links, or misuse of learning materials may result in suspension or termination of services.
11. Communication and privacy
Students, parents, and tutors should not exchange personal contact details directly unless authorised by iTutormind. Class-related communication should use approved iTutormind channels. Personal information is handled according to the iTutormind Privacy Policy.
12. Learning outcomes
iTutormind works to provide high-quality tutoring and support, but academic results depend on many factors including attendance, practice, school requirements, and student effort. We do not guarantee specific grades, rankings, admissions outcomes, or exam results.
